PONTON ships enterprise and telecom equipment globally. Due to the specialized nature of our products, all shipments are handled on a project basis with dedicated logistics coordination from our Singapore and Hong Kong offices.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. For large-volume or customized orders, processing time will be confirmed upon order review. Our team will contact you with a detailed fulfillment schedule.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer the following shipping arrangements:
- Air Freight — 5–10 business days (recommended for urgent or smaller shipments)
- Sea Freight — 15–45 business days depending on destination (recommended for bulk equipment)
- Express Courier — 3–7 business days via DHL / FedEx / UPS (for documents and small parcels)

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. PONTON will provide all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin where applicable.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email. For sea freight shipments, our logistics team will provide regular status updates throughout transit.
