Overview Due to the specialized and enterprise nature of PONTON's products, all sales are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to ensuring our clients receive equipment that meets the agreed specifications and quality standards.

Eligibility for Returns A return or replacement may be requested under the following conditions:

  • The product received does not match the agreed specifications in the purchase order
  • The product arrives with manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit
  • The product is non-functional upon delivery and the issue is confirmed by our technical team

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order equipment
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the buyer
  • Software licenses and digital products

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@ponton.ltd with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Provide photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage
  3. Our technical team will review your case within 3–5 business days
  4. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  5. Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method or as agreed in writing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
